Presence Engine™ is a Human-Centric AIX™ runtime that governs tone, coherence, and safety for any LLM experience. It computes a lightweight user state, applies governance rules (tone/temperature/blocks), and routes prompts to a model.

• Returns governed output + logs decisions (privacy-first, no PII stored)
